We had a pup with us and they allowed us to keep him at the table in the Tiki Hut area. The food was great. The live music and atmosphere was great. Our waitress was friendly and took good care of us. ”

“ Great place to go and a cool location. Drive, boat or ride your bike via the trail. Food is always good and service is great. Live music sometimes as well. Giant tiki hut is part of the restaurant or sit by the water and watch the boats go by. Very casual and old Florida feel. Pictures are early afternoon on a Monday and not busy but they can get very busy. ”

“ Best fried seafood meal weve had probably ever. We rode the TallahasseeSt. Marks Historic Railroad State Trail, which is a beautiful bike ride with St. Marks as the picturesque spot for a lunch break. We love the laid back vibe of the place and sat inside overlooking the bird show around the outside hut. We had the The First Mates basket and the Shrimp basket. Everything was perfectly cooked, especially the fish. Like, for real, it was so perfectly cooked and we loved the breading. Shrimp were on point and even Cole slaw and hush puppies were great. Weve been on a bike ride journey all over Florida the past few weeks and agree that it was the best fried fishshrimp the whole trip. And my companion is a fried shrimp connoisseur. It was a quiet, chilly, yet sunny day so it wasnt excessively busy which was really nice. Our waitress was awesome, friendly, and checked on us the perfect mount of times. We will definitely be back! ”
“ This place was recommended by our charter captain. On Point Charter Fishing I eat a lot of fish and seafood. Im from the Midwest and maybe not the greatest judge of fresh seafood but this was better than anything else Ive had. We brought the speckled trout and some other fish we caught that day and they cooked it for us. Lemon pepper and blackened were by far the best fish Ive had in forever. I was kinda expecting a big bill, even bringing our own food but 10ish trout was only 20 bucks. Was enough for all 4 of us. Great Live music, friendly staff, good drinks. This place was the best food Ive had in Florida. I cant wait to go back. Hopefully with my own catch again. ”

Hands down the best blacked grouper sandwich, my new favorite. Service was great too. Its open air so Im sure great once it cools down some. Was 90 with a feels like of 109 today. Great North Florida vibe on the river. Can come by boat too! ”
